Society in general and the Portuguese public in particular has become increasingly more demanding and therefore our aim is EXCELLENCE.

The businesses, which include Coimpack, are increasingly using new technologies as well multi-dimensional data bases to include in their traditional financial information systems data such as Client Satisfaction, Quality, Market Share and available Human Resources in the development of the strategy. In this manner decisions can be based on a  control and mediation system, consistent with financial information, productivity and / or capability of innovation.

The models of quality management have become very popular in a constantly developing market with a geographically global coverage.  These have become common tools to be used by all enterprises and in a certain manner essential for the continuous improvement of the performance.

Part of these issues is the “Quality of Life” which is also an important aspect of development.  It is impossible to have a healthy global economy if we ignore environmental conservation, as well as working conditions, focussing on humanizing the enterprise.
