1. How to do the validation of the "Login"?

To do the validation on the page, you should have registered previously.  You should then fill in all the fields, username and password in Login area.


2. How to choose the items to order?

There are various methods of looking for items:

  1. Access the required item family and look at the results.
  2. Access the required item family and use the “Catalogue Browser” to do the various searches.
  3. Click on the icon "Products" on the top left side of the page and use the “Catalogue Browser” to do the various searches.
  4. Click on the icon "Outlet" in the top tool bar to see the items on promotion.
  5. Click on the icon "Promotions" on the first page or in the "Catalogue Browser" to access the items on promotion.
  6. Click on the icon "News" in the first page or in the "Catalogue Browser" to access new items.
  7. Click on the icon "Most Sold" in the first page or "Top Sales" in "Catalogue Browser" to access the most sold items.

3. What is the Catalogue Browser?

The Catalogue Browser is a fast search tool, with the following functions:

  1. Search by reference or item name.
  2. Search by item family.
  3. Search with or without images.
  4. Search with various orders (Reference, item name and Price)
  5. Results of the searches with visual information of stock availability, through a colour system.

4. How to place an order?

Ordering is very simple, as you choose the items you want, click on the shopping basket icon.

This procedure can be done through various stages:

Add items to the order:

  1. After clicking on the shopping basket icon, this is posted to the order form, where the quantity ordered can still be changed:
    • The quantity chosen will be the minimum quantity sold.
    • Any change to the quantity will consider the following: quantities and prices per quantity (the greater the quantity the lower the item price), as explained in the item details.
  2. After choosing the required item click on any of the fields (image, ref, description) to access the item details, you may also choose the quantity required and add it to your order.
  3. You may add previous orders to your shopping basket, by clicking on the icon, “Manage orders”, selecting the required order and adding to your shopping basket.

Checking your order and sales conditions:

In the order form screen you can do the following:

    • Cancel the order.
    • Delete items from the order.
    • Add items to the order.
    • Change the quantities.

 In the order screen you can also see:

    • Delivery costs.
    • Methods of delivery.
    • Delivery deadlines.
    • Taxation costs.

NB: In case of a new customer the terms are CASH ON DELIVERY, if already a customer the payment conditions agreed will apply.

Completing the order:

  1. At the order screen you should click on the link "Complete the Order".
  2. At this stage you may still change the delivery address.
  3. You may add any necessary comments.

NB: After completing the order it can only be changed or cancelled while its status is PENDING.
Remember you should be validated, otherwise you will no have access to the Reserved Area, or place orders.


5. How to see the status of your order

To see the status of an order, click on the icon “Order management” which is on the top right hand side of the screen, in the Reserved Area.
